Independent Living  is for residents who are living independently, and the following is included in the monthly accommodation fee:

• Three delicious meals daily in their designated Dining Room
• All in-house activities
• Weekly housekeeping including linens service
• Registered Nursing staff is on site 24/7
• Ongoing nursing assessment and consultation
• An in-house physician is available or residents may retain their own
• Scheduling and reminders for medical appointments
• Emergency Call System and 24-hour response; safety checks at mealtimes
• Encouragement and direction to participate in social events
• Automatic enrolment on The Briton House Assisted Living waitlist
